Paula requested a get well card be sent to Lauri as she recently has undergone knee replacement surgery
Comfort Quilts –
Carol completed the Interim Donation Report from 6/2025 to 12/2025.
- Interim Donation Report
- 95 quilts of various sizes
- 11 burp cloths
- 9 crayon bags
- Miscellaneous home decoration items including table runners, placemats, and hotpads
- 16 quilts carried over from 2024-25.
- 51 quilts and 9 crayon bags were donated to Bivona, Mary’s Place, NICU at Strong, and Coldwater House
Carol and Marlene resigning as of June 30
Monica has volunteered to work on the Comfort Quilts committee and is looking for one more person to work with her.
Fabric Sales –
- There will be a scrap exchange on April 7. Please hold any donations until that date.
- Fabric should measure less than a quarter yard or fat quarter.
- Batting should not be included in donations.
- Fabric is being accepted for the fabric auction in June.
- Please measure and mark all donations
- Zoe and Joyce are resigning as of June 30
- Looking for two volunteers to take over beginning July 1
Books and Magazines –
- Books were available today, many of which will not be available again
- If you have books to donate, please keep in mind that Kathy will not be at the meetings on March 17, 24, and April 7

- Due to scheduling conflict, our meeting time has changed to noon to 2:00 p.m.

- The shop is usually closed on Tuesdays, Patty will be opening for us at 10 a.m.
- We are scheduled to meet at the shop at 10:00 and after shopping get together for lunch at Tom Wahl’s in Avon.
- June 2 Business Meeting – The Big Reveal. All projects will be due.
- Final UFO project – the drawing for the winner of the pot will be drawn
- Queen Bee quilts should be done (Chris has batting and backing to complete the quilts). Don’t forget to get a label from Carol or Marlene.
