Membership: 71 members. Membership dues for the next term will be accepted at the picnic.
Membership coordinator positions are filled for the coming term. Thanks to Laurie A. and Paula R. for stepping froward.
The next directory will be published in 2024.There is an update to the current directory. A link was emailed to members and hard copies are being mailed to off line members.

Comfort Quilts: A letter of appreciation was received from Monroe Community Hospital for the 22 comfort quilts received. 4.5 inch flannel squares were returned assembled into strips. Esther K. has volunteered to join the strips to become small receiving blankets for teen mothers.
Retreat: Apr 17 -19, 2023 There will be no Sit & Sew on April 18.
Bus Trip: has been canceled. The bus company is considering putting together a quilters trip to Lancaster and/or possibly Vermont. Stay tuned.
Program: The monthlyproject is a casserole carrier with pocket, the pattern is on the website.
On 5/16/23 Mary R. will present a demo on applique flowers and perhaps show some of her projects.
A sign up sheet was passed for the Oct 24 Sashiko- Japanese embroidery class at the Town Hall. The kit fee is $25.00.
The June fabric/notion sale is coming soon…June 13th All donations are due in May during the library meetings. Please measure all the donated fabric. Masking or painters’ tape with the size marked on it works very well. Thank you, Sarah and Ruth,
Today’s program was presented by Jerylin P. “Leaders and Enders” Make progresson a second scrap quilt while working on your main project by using squares or half square triangles as leaders and enders.
Sit and Sews: Sit & Sews at the Town Hall are free, Jackie Lynns is available for a fee of $5.00 per person the next one is on April 25. There will be no Sit & Sew on April 18.Books, Magazines and Fabric: Printed materials and fabric were offered to members today. There were a large number of small fabric cuts available for liberation.
Picnic June 13, 2023: Coordinators for the picnic have volunteered. Thanks to Joan S. and Kathleen G. Sign up sheets were passed for food to bring and volunteers for day of picnic.
