Purpose:
Support recruitment, welcoming, and retention of members while fostering a friendly club environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new members and welcome guests
- Greet and orient new members
- Maintain membership records and coordinate dues with Treasurer
- Communicate with members and answer questions
- Assist with meeting hospitality and membership events
- By Annually update, print and distribute directories of current members.
Skills:
Friendly, organized, good communication. Basic knowledge of word docs and spreadsheets.
Time Commitment:
Monthly meetings + light ongoing tasks
